Aluminum profile production and manufacturing
At Zhengji Aluminum, we focus on the customized production of aluminum parts. In order to better provide customized aluminum processing services, we have established our own industrial park, which includes extrusion lines, CNC processing workshops, surface treatment workshops，etc.
Extrusion, stretching and correction
- Heating: After the aluminum ingot is heated to a certain temperature (about 450℃ to 500℃), it is extruded.
- Extrusion: The heated aluminum ingot is passed through the die of the extruder and strongly extruded into the required cross-sectional shape. Through different dies, aluminum profiles of various shapes (such as square tubes, round tubes, T-slots, U-slots, etc.) can be produced.
- Cooling and shaping: After the aluminum profile is extruded through the die, it needs to be quickly cooled to shape it, usually by water cooling or air cooling.
- Correction: After the aluminum profile is extruded, there may be slight bending or unevenness. At this time, it is stretched and corrected by the correction machine to ensure that the size and straightness of the aluminum profile meet the requirements.
Cutting and CNC Finishing
- Cutting: Cut the aluminum profile into the required length according to customer needs or design drawings. When cutting, ensure that the cut is smooth to avoid burrs.
- Dimension inspection: The aluminum profile after cutting also needs to be inspected for size to ensure that it meets the design requirements.
- Drilling and punching: Drill and punch holes on the aluminum profile as needed to facilitate installation or connection.
- CNC machining: Use CNC machine tools for precision machining to ensure the dimensional accuracy of each component.
- Deburring: Remove burrs generated during the machining process to ensure the safety and aesthetics of the profile
Surface protection and decoration
Surface treatment of aluminum profiles can not only improve the appearance, but also increase corrosion resistance and extend service life.
- Anodizing: Through electrochemical treatment, a hard oxide film is formed on the surface of aluminum profiles, which enhances corrosion resistance and wear resistance and can provide different color effects.
- Spraying: Spray coating (such as powder spraying) is used to improve the appearance and provide an additional layer of protection.
- Sandblasting/Frosting: Through sandblasting or frosting treatment, the surface of aluminum profiles is made more textured, suitable for high-end decoration and architectural applications.
- Electrophoretic coating: Provides a uniform coating for aluminum profiles with good weather resistance.
