First-Class Manufacturing
CNC processing line:
20 CNC machines, including 3-axis, 5-axis
9 long CNC machines, which can process more than 4 meters in length
Aluminum extrusion line:
12 long extrusion lines, including 5000 tons extruder
Relying on our factory, laser cutting, aluminum surface treatment, laser welding, laser etching and silk screen can be completed independently.
The company has its own land, CNC machines, extrusion machines and anodizing lines are gathered in its own industrial park, which enables us to obtain most of the bids and orders. Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?

Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: 1. Mold fee: 100% T/T in advance.
2. Sample: 100% T/T in advance.
3. Mass production: 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
Q: OEM/ODM
A: 1. Clients provide drawings with 2D/3D files.
2. Clients provide samples, our engineer will design the drawings.
Q: Samples/Mass Production
A: 1. Clients should pay sample fee for custom molds, aslo we return all sample fee when it reaches the specified quantity.
2. Normally we make samples first to partners to check its quality, when they pass test, we follow samples to mass production.
Q: Shipping
A: 1. Clients fully bear the shipment costs
2. For sample and small quantity order: Via DHL/UPS/TNT/FedEx/etc
3. For mass quantity(more than 300kgs): By sea, by air, by rail transportor or specialline.
